We're looking for an experienced HighLevel Specialist to essentially come in and work with our white labelled HighLevel (GHL) account (and those of our partner agencies) and help us set up, refine & improve our account.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative HighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our web design agency on a part-time basis. As a GHL Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective workflow using the HighLevel platform to streamline our operations and enhance our client services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to optimise our business processes.
You should have excellent technical skills, integrity and attention to detail as well as a proactive mindset.
You'll report directly to the business owner.
Responsibilities
Your job will be to use your past experience to:
- Design and develop an efficient workflow using the HighLevel platform to support the web design agency's operations.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the agency's requirements and identify areas for improvement in the existing processes.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly HighLevel templates, funnels, automations, and other assets to enhance the agency's services.
- Optimise client onboarding processes to ensure smooth and efficient transitions from prospect to customer.
- Implement advanced automations and integrations within the HighLevel platform to automate repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the agency's workflow and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the HighLevel platform and provide guidance and training to the team on new functionalities.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure that the HighLevel workflows are functioning properly and meeting the agency's standards.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for any technical issues related to the HighLevel platform.
- Continuously evaluate the agency's processes and identify opportunities to optimise and streamline operations.
Requirements
- You should have past experience building advanced HighLevel accounts/snapshots and processes while following industry best practices at the same time.
- Proven experience in working with the HighLevel platform.
- Excellent creativity and strategic thinking skills to design effective workflows that meet the agency's needs.
- Proficiency in building visually appealing and user-friendly templates, funnels, and automations using HighLevel.
- Familiarity with advanced automations and integrations within the HighLevel platform.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret data to drive process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to the HighLevel platform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work part-time hours and flexibility to accommodate occasional schedule changes.
Specific Tasks for a HighLevel Expert:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive client onboarding process using HighLevel, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients.
- Design visually appealing landing pages, lead capture forms, and sales funnels using HighLevel's drag-and-drop editor.
- Set up advanced automations within HighLevel, such as lead scoring, email sequences, and SMS notifications, to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Integrate HighLevel with other tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools, to streamline data flow and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of HighLevel campaigns to optimise conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate the team on HighLevel best practices and new features.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted and personalised email campaigns using HighLevel's segmentation and personalization features.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics, such as click-through rates, open rates, and conversion rates, to assess the success of HighLevel campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Note: The specific tasks may vary depending on the needs and scope of the web design agency and its clients.
